Big old Chocolate Factory making sweet stuff in York since 1881. A little similar to the other old chocolate girl across town, Terrys. Half live, half derelict, it still produces forecourt treats such as Drifters and Aeros.
Most of the buildings on the site have been flattened since partial closure in 2006, leaving this tall one pretty much on its own. Full of big and empty, plus a shitload of pigeons.
Geo and I hooked up with Sam and Camera Shy after they and some other explorers had been accosted by a gent with a garden fork elsewhere.
