Surrey prep school could be relocated for 110 homes development

Plans will see the school move more than four miles away from its current location

Anyone know when the site would become abandoned? as far as i know its still active but looks like it wont be for long!

Summer holidays run from late july to early september. Means its probably already vacant

Gave a visit recently...

Plenty of lights on, PID bots in multiple locations. 2 hi-vis secca on site giving it the rounds.


Defo worth a crack in my humble opinion looks fresh and prime for a 'first'...
