Report - Safari House Devon

After intense studying on Google and a few hints I finally worked out where this location was.
I'm not going to do a full report on the place as it's been done many times before.
What I will say is please don't pass on the location because after our visit today it has become clear that the owners are getting fed up with people going in and trashing the place. What happened to proper urbexers and respecting property!.
We arrived and there was a big private notice on the gate saying to keep out they had put up barricades to stop people going in. We had a quick look around with the kids took a few pictures didn't disturb or touch anything. But there was a note on a table which I've included in the pictures. So beware if u do go in there. That's your opinion I personally like some character in a place and after all this is urbexing not looking a house that are ready to buy! But each to our own

Update on Safari house I've heard rumours it's being cleared and someone is possibly staying or working on it

You say there was signs and barricades up..BUT you still went in and your report was one day after that note that was lucky wasn’t it! and it was obviously wrote by a child anyway looking at the hand writing

I think (hope) he was being funny, as long as you don't break in as you say, no one would have seen that note and left, especially if you've trekked to get to a place

True that... much evidence of recent occupation including bulding materials, new floor in one of the upstairs rooms, fresh-ish bedding in another, iphone charger and power leads coming from somewhere outside and food that isnt completely rotten. someone is trying to stop it falling down.
