A well-known tourist spot here in the Czech Republic, but a very nice place if you catch a moment without families with kids (which is hard nowadays). Tin mining in the region dates back to the 17th century. After WW1 the mining operations were stopped, but when Germany acquired this place as part of the Munich Agreement, they restarted the mining operations in 1940. Later on, a prison camp was built close to the mine. After WW2, the Germans living there were moved to Germany, and the place remained deserted. Further operation of the mine was deemed not profitable, and the equipment was removed. What remains now is just a concrete skeleton with ample amounts of overgrowth. All in all a nice place to visit if you have a way around. I don't have many photos, but they will give you some idea.

Just 5 pictures? That was a bit of a tease as it looks great.
It was 2018, I was new to urbex and photography and didn't care as much about documenting places in general. But you get the general idea - concrete with tons of green on it.
