Here's a little history:

The Sea Fish Industry Authority was set up under the Fisheries Act in 1981 with the intention of promoting the efficiency of the sea fish industry and the interests of consumers of sea fish products. The Head Office is in Edinburgh which is the location for Corporate Services and Development Division. The other main office was in Hull which was the location for Technology and Training Division. The site stands abandoned opposite the Lord Line and J Marr. buildings on the "forgotten" end of St Andrews Quay.

Inside is VERY trashed but this seems to have been a recent thing, however there are a few hidden gems.
