oh boy this was a fun one, the location just on the edge of Seaton in Devon is absolutely massive. with a lobby and bar, stage on the top floor, and roof access, as well as a separate building with a basketball court and what appeared to be a racketball court, all brilliantly covered with aesthetically pleasing graphitti. On top of that are the derelict hotel rooms, two floors with appropriate cocks spray painted every where ( always expected on location) this was truly an enjoyable explore. The only hint of why it was abandoned I could find online is recession, they went broke. enjoy these snaps I've taken.
