Why would they remove the asbestos? Cos they have to remove that before demolishing the rest, it has to be handled separately

Burnt down 3 days ago, another 'fire of convenience'?
See 'Devon Live' online, I tried to paste the URL of this report but my browser wouldn't let me, sure you'll find it!

Well it's the developers fault who just sat on the fence in regards to just letting it stay like that and not do anything about it

Makes perfect sense; developers buy property, let it become an eye-sore, wait for it to catch on fire then claim on insurance.

This once stunning holiday resort has since seen better days, having been a family run hotel, it went out of business in 2012. After painstakingly weaseling in through a tiny window that had just recently been pried off, we found ourselves in the basement. There are so many stunning shots to be taken here and best of all, almost no graffiti at all. The building has been so well sealed for so long the knob heads hadn't had a chance to ruin too much. Though the top floor is a complete pigeon city lol View attachment 768316 View attachment 768320 View attachment 768323 View attachment 768332 View attachment 768333 View attachment 768334 View attachment 768335 View attachment 768336 View attachment 768337 View attachment 768338 View attachment 768339 View attachment 768340 View attachment 768341 View attachment 768342
