Shredded Wheat is a breakfast cereal made from whole wheat. It comes in two sizes, bite sized (3/4 in x 1 in), and normal size, which are sometimes broken into small pieces before milk is added.

Reading through an old newspaper article written in 2005 it would seem Cereal Partners wanted to close the site circa 2007 and move the whole operation to Staverton. Some people thought this was a rather cynical move with a hidden agenda of realising the sites asset value, but it looks like C.P. got their way. Finance, sales and marketing employees were destined stay on in W.G.C so perhaps these make up the live parts of the site.

As Phobot and I explored, it seemed to me that some area's in the building had been shut down quite some time ago given the level of decay. Other parts looked so mint it would seemed the workers moved out only yesterday. The kitchens and engineering areas being a case in point.

As Phobot has already mentioned, the explore uncovered a new part of the site which appears to have been the packing area.
