After a couple of disappointing fails - a massive facepalm from me as it turned out one site I'd had my eye on for ages had been demolished totally, and an interesting meeting with some lovely Horses during the other one me and Flubs headed to a couple of factories I knew to be still there - but only just!

All shots were handheld so are a bit meh, I rattled off some film shots in both as well which I'll get developed at some point.

First up is Siemens Lighting in Birmingham on the opposite bank of the River Tame from the Waterworks I did last year. Not much information can be found but it was originally a GEC factory, which according to the floor plan I found hung on a wall was later conglomerated into Siemens when the two companies merged. It was closed and then split into various different units before becoming very derelict. We thought it peculiar how nearly all the windows including the frames had been removed, then we realised for this to be done like it was the windows were pushed inwards with some force by rubble from the building!

One of the entire windows that has literally been punched into the building

Next up was a smaller place called RDB Interiors in Stourbridge - again not much info is readily forthcoming. This place is properly trashed but some of the graffiti makes up for that.

The office block, trashed and burnt and trashed and burnt again and again it would seem

Some of the graffiti inside is pretty impressive however.
