I don't know much about the history of this site, except that it was probably built in the 60's or 70's and closed down about 2 years ago. It used to provide sinter to the nearby blast furnaces, which now operate with imported materials. There were almost no any footprints in the large layer of iron dust in the buildings, so I think very few people went there. While we were inside the security started driving around the buildings but didn't spot us.

Lovely bit of industry there. Site look huge. Had to google sinter, as I like to try and understand what a place did.
