First report I'm making, I visited this track on the 10th of March 2022, the place was mostly overgrown with bushes with what looked like a lot of fly tipping such as mattresses, a literal toilet, television, sofa, bench and printer. For me, it wasn't all that special there just isn't much there or anything to appreciate about the railroad itself. The brief history I could find on the site is that it was originally supposed to be a small station for people to make a stop at so that passengers could make an easy walk to South Croydon station, the station was open for 9 years before closing down in 1915 due to the lack of profit and war economy. It was known as Spencer Road Halt station before closing down. I added two photos taken at the station, the one with the train in frame was taken in the 1930s whereas I don't recall when the other one was taken.
