History - Original built in the early 1800's as a dye works it was converted into a paper mill by Charles Turner & Co in the mid 19th century. It was sold to Canadian company Kruger after 150 years of operation to be used as a tissue factory. It eventually closed in 2007 after almost 200 years of industry on this site.

Explore - We've wanted to check this out for a while, access was relatively straightforward, no sign of any security just a big fence to deal with. The site is massive and took us a good couple of hours to get round. Lot's of good decay and leftover industrial equipment. All in all a good explore.

Im rather liking that considering its a mostly empty site. nicely done.
Thanks. We did the best we could with what was there. Tbh while it was pretty empty it was so big with so many nooks and crannies it was a fun explore regardless.

It is an interesting wander, it's huge with lots to explore. We'll probably go back at some point as i'm sure we missed stuff.
