St Andrews dock was the main dock of hull, it is located at the end of the now St Andrews quay shopping complex. Lord Line would at one time overlooked the deep sea trawlers as they left for the north sea and even the Norwegian sea, but when Iceland declared that there would be a 200 mile limit to where trawlers would be able to fish off Iceland itself, it struck the fishing industry a significant blow that it never recovered from. The main docks moved from St Andrews dock to Albert dock leaving the buildings to stand there empty and abandoned, its weird to think that the grass coming from the bottom of the image would have been at one point filled with water as this is where the trawlers were docked.

There isn't much left in Lord Line except from a few items such as barrels and lots of strangely placed chairs which adds a lot top the atmosphere of the lower levels of the building as there in not much light down there so seeing all these chairs littered about strangely and lots of debris in the pitch black reminds you something of that of a horror film. The building seems to be bigger on the inside then it looks on the outside and its been closed ever since the docks moved in 1975 meaning it had been abandoned for 40 years and you can tell there isn't much in there most of it has been removed or destroyed in there. The other building are relatively destroyed and only a skeleton compared to what it would have looked like when it was in service all them years ago.

Makes for a good explore and is almost maze like in how it is layed out, with plans of demolition being talked about id explore whilst you can.

There is are 3 pieces to this poem quite creepy they are all dotted around the building and make somewhat a Easter egg hunt to find the other parts.
