No idea nothing listed for dates etc on the building. We only went there because the Hermitage Hexham has people living there now.

It's not a bad size care home about 20 rooms per floor over 3 floors. Good if you want a leisurely look around with no graffiti or hassle. Still has most of the cookers, appliances and bathrooms etc intact.
