Explored with Oxygen Thief.
I would be sure that most people reading this have used a Stanley tool at some stage in their life. They made the knife that named all others, and their planes and screwdrivers are in most peoples toolboxes...
The Woodside works in Sheffield is one of the largest in Steel City. The brunt of the building is a handosme 1930's building, with a 1960's office block. The offices are really retrotastic with mosaic tilework, minimilistic staircases and marble floors.
There was loads in situ in the offices and works. Drwaings of tools, original advertising artwork, and plans of the works were all lying around. The works itself was full of half finished tools, machinery, and was still very original. Hard to believe it only closed in 2003!
Note the presto conversion chart from the bulding we had been in but hours before!
