History already on here but Stanley appeared in Sheffield in 1937 and is one of the world’s largest producers of hand-held tools.
Fantastic place! So much to explore with the factory and the office.
Had pretty much no problem with the explore.
Had some man just hanging around outside, not sure if they were waiting for a game of Air Soc or something.
One came in (whom we at first thought was security) we were pretty much done so finished and headed out.
The men were rather speechless when we came out after their friend had just ventured in.
We said a friendly hello and were on our way.
