Visited this place at the weekend with my sister and it turned out to be quite an easy/successful explore.
The Unit hasn't been in use since mid 2007 and is surprisingly derelict considering. The place has plenty of broken windows, totally knocked down out-buildings and a fair few sections of roof rot/collapse.
The main building consists of a horizontal center section which housed the office/admin areas, and then a wing to the left and right, separated front/rear into 4 rooms with individual pig pens.
The outbuildings are mostly empty barns (found behind the main building, down a ramp) and quite a few seem to have been demolished professionally, presumably for renovation etc. There was a small section of fenced off area which had building works underway, but there were no workers/security present, it doesn't seem like a big task, at the moment.
Anyway, here is a small selection of photos, the rest can be seen on my flickr - http://www.flickr.com/photos/danielh...
Thanks, Dan.
