History:
This poor house with a swimming pool has suffered a couple of arson attacks and severe vandalism... The first time it caught fire was in November 2013.
Six fire engines were called to the site. The roof was 80% damaged, the first floor 90% and the ground floor 50%. Nobody was inside. The second time it caught fire was back in August 2018. I don’t know when it became abandoned. I am surprised it has not been demolished yet.

This place is very clear to see from the road, me and my boyfriend stopped off here before heading into Tesco’s. Obviously very easy access just walk from the roadside and straight into the building. I’m quite surprised how this isn’t secured or demolished as it is a very dangerous building. It is quite clear that it is a teenage hangout spot so I’m quite surprised how the council haven’t done anything about this building. When I walked around the back of the house I saw a swimming pool but sadly it is full of crap. The fact that this place had a swimming pool made the location not as much of a derp for me. This place was needed for me as I haven’t been to an actual “urban” place for awhile. I did enjoy looking at the graffiti and walking around the remains of the house. I did enjoy this location. It was nice to have a change of scenery from the locations we had done all day. Nonetheless a nice quick 15 minute explore.
