Question - Stretford Essoldo

I live a couple of miles from this art deco building, and it's been empty for years. Much has been discussed as to what should become of it, but all that is said by the current owner is that "he has plans for it". Has anybody tried to get in for a look? I think it's bigger than it looks, there's a massive brick structure at the back of the hideous light blue front

I've been told that today the owner apparently has his two daughters using the place often as it has a roller skating rink for them yo practise in as they are great champions at what they do He's also using the money from the masts that on the building to save it apparently hes done a far apparently to keep it in one piece
