Well after living very close to the area and with my family being keen gardeners. I came across a thread the other night one by “the anonymous cameraman” and another by “Prosniper” after a little help from google earth I found it. Nice little explore but there is a active house next door so had to be fairly quiet. Unfortunately I have no idea on its history nor when it ceased trading but from the best before on bottles etc I see around the place I would say it’s pre 2005.

This is my second post here so be nice lol some photos are from my camera others the iPhone
I’m always up for a group explore if anyone else fancy’s it

Cheers for the offer but I've relocated to Suffolk now however may come back down for a weekend or something if theres a site worth doing. RoversRam may be up for an explore though, he's a friend of mine who used to come with me when I lived in Surrey.

If it's the place I think you are both discussing, the site is being cleared ( trees, bushes etc now cut down and undergrowth cleared away ) so I'm guessing some form of development is going to happen fairly soon ?

When I first explored it the place looked untouched, I did go back for a second time and discovered what I'd explained above plus the residential part had then been stripped of scrap metal

Oh no vandals have got it then. such a shame that was a lovely farmhouse

Why do people do this! Makes it so much more difficult for us genuine explorers. Who respect the sites we visit

I pass Sweetwater regularly. Not much there and a restrictive covenant on the land has made it unsaleable as far as I can see.
Shame as it would make a nice place build a house.
