Love the title you chose for this.

I hate reading stuff like this, there is nothing chilling/shocking/terrifying/haunting about this photo whatsoever.

Looks like there is something at the window, but it could be anything, a (living) person, something inside that room that looks like a person when photographed from that angle...anything!

The photo is such poor quality when zoomed in there is no way you can instantly jump to the 'it's a ghost' conclusion.

There are quite a few mobile phone applications which (usually very poorly) photoshop a ghostly image into any picture one takes using the camera app. They are generally regarded as the bane of a paranormal researcher's life (along with deluded plonkers who think that they're mediums etc).
