Before anyone says anything about the name being a code or something it is actually called Thatched Cottage :D First report on this place I believe.

Drove past this randomly so decided to check it out, not a great deal of info on it but I believe it’s been empty since 2017.

Was a beautiful little cottage with a huge garden, can imagine it was very picturesque.
Inside was pretty trashed to be honest, more natural decay with damp patterns in one room that I’ve never seen before literally looked like football marks on the wall.

Was a nice little explore, and local for a change!

That's nice that, I'll have to have a look, being as it's minutes away from me, surprised it's hung about long, given it's location (and the fact these things don't tend to hang about long).

A bit of research shows It's Grade II listed, and recently received listed building consent tor a refurbishment - seems it's something to do with the Broadlands Estate too.

I did see after I posted the report it is on the English heritage site as listed, it’s really a beautiful little place well worth a visit, surprisingly large inside too!
