This was another stop on the Wales tour we did with @GK_WAX and @Dangle_Angle and dylan.afrer the early start this was the first stop of the day where we met dylan. This big old house is in a amazing location.there isn't any history on this place is simply a abandoned house and has been named AR house I presume because of the trunk in the hallway with the AR initials on it. So if anyone does have a name or more info then please tell me.the place is in a bit of a state.but does have a nice waterfall running alongside it. So here's a few photos I took..

Thanks for the info very interesting.
Your welcome mate.
I forgot to tell you the meaning!
Pentre means village. March probably means border in this case. Dola is a persons name fairly common from 1880 to 1920. Or Dola could be the name of the brook?
So we'd have “Dola's farm at the village border" or "The village farm that borders the Dola brook”

March in welsh means horse. I dont know exactly where this place is but probably near Llyn Mwyngil because of the creek. Dolffanog fach is a pretty high end b&b so I cant image its too close to there, but it may be associated with the former Dolffanog estate. Am I anywhere close? :) Its been years since I was back there so my memory might be off.
