Report - The Commerical Pub South Bank Middlesbrough March 2019

So this place was quite fresh and has only been closed just over 6 month we had heard, it was incredibly risky as when we got in as we thought we were gonna set an alarm off as the place was immaculate.
No decay or nasty smell, just cobwebs, dust and a glass from where people have smashed the windows.
Was a nice little pub but we weren't in long and could only get a few photos as we honestly thought we were gonna get caught, let's just hope people don't smash it up to much as it still nicely intact.... But with the area its in, it won't be long until its falling apart.

Not a bad effort, they have there fair share of closed pubs in South Bank some of it due to the slow demise of the steel works and of course smoking bans and cheap supermarket booze etc.

Yeah it's a shame, plus a lot of people just go to Wetherspoons now, which doesn't help, was a nice pub, could still be saved but I very much doubt it will be.

I had no idea, I thought at first it might be one of them hand grabbers that grab toys in the arcades, not sure

It's a fridge for puddings with the shelves missing. The centre rotates to try and entice you into buying one.
