Be great to see some photos of the inside. I worked there in the early 80s on the maintenance. the workshop was on the lower ground floor. you could get to it by the back staircase from the kitchens,(if you stand in the street where the loading bay is, theres some doors, thats another way onto the staircase). below were the workshop is, was the boiler room. Opposite the door into the workshop was the back door to what was the Wapentake bar.
