The Palladium must have been one of the first in a very long line of cinemas to be converted to Bingo, as long ago as the 1960's! That in itself made the place an interesting explore, as the bingo fixtures and fittings which are usually the modern tat we ignore were interesting in themselves. Luckily, the circle had escaped the bingo process and remains intact from the times of cinema.
Despite being empty for many years there were still lots of nice features left, the best of which being the huge deco lamp which hangs above the circle.
I have wanted to get in here for YEARS!! So it felt good to finally have a poke about!
