Explored with Ridds

nice to find the seating in place, other than that pretty stripped, access was a bit creative and we did get busted, with a few police cars a bike & fire truck, was all good though :)

The Redgrave Theatre,
built in 1974, enjoyed national acclaim for its innovative design and the quality of its Repertory productions. Princess

Margaret was at the opening night, Dame Judi Dench was among the founder members and well-known names such as Prunella Scales, Leo McKern, Maureen Lipman, James Bolam, Fiona Fullerton, Bill Gaunt and Rachel Kempson, wife of Sir Michael Redgrave attracted audiences.

The people of Farnham, who had raised £260,000 (see Above) for this theatre, were

Nice report, well done for getting in! As a resident of Farnham I used to go to the Redgrave Theatre Garden parties in the 1970s and early 1980s, it was a great Theatre too - saw many stars there - thank you for posting it is much missed, x

Yes, one again Waverley Borough Council have voted to demolish this one-fine theatre with its exemplary acoustics and sightlines, so good for actors and audiences alike. Its fate hinges on an outdated and unviable development based solely on retail and lacking any cultural hook that would engage the public.
