Tinkers House is situated on Tinkers Marsh, just North of the Village. Rumour have it that the gentleman who lived there was given sandwiches from the locals up until he was moved out. We first visited here when children and finally had the chance to go again. A fire in the upstairs has caused the stairs to collapse but you can still see inside and get into the kitchen, where you are greeted with hundreds of cans! Around the back I found a shed which looked like it hadn't be discovered before. Inside were books and music notes all in fantastic condition considering.

The house is hidden under a large growth so keep your eyes peeled if you go looking. No security, just a beautiful deteriorated house.
