Local one for me, last time I checked the entrance had been resealed with gates

I think you can go over the top and drop down, not sure if that end is sealed where the bridge used to be, am also waiting to get into the longer tunnel, tried from tintern quarry end and had a ranger asking me what I was upto :/

Now Tidenham tunnel is open for access, shouldn't be too long before this one is too.... although I believe it takes away some of the atmosphere once they put tarmac and lights in.
