Sarah Point; part of the Issa Quay development, a 14 storey unfinished appartment complex in the Ancoats area of Manchester - Visited with Gone, Rookie & APPO_91

I know this has been done recently but hey I'll keep it short.....

Access was quite simple but somewhat interesting to say the least.(Since someone decided to lock the stairwell?)

THE FACTS:

Iraqi-born developer Bashar Issa has failed to create some of the north-west’s tallest residential towers, the administrator (KPMG) has been trying to sell Issa Quay in the picadilly basin (the only scheme near completion), the 23 storey Sarah Tower on Dale Street and Sarah Point on Great Ancoats Street for almost 18 months with no success since he went bankrupt 2 years ago to the tune of £45m

KPMG has appointed Knight Frank to value and sell Sarah Point and it is likely that the firm will be instructed to sell Sarah Tower as well.
