Visited with Havoc, Saul, R1, Gibbo and Jaff Fox.
Quite an enjoyable mooch for an hour or so with lots of little nooks and crannys and loads of bits and pieces lying around including some of the machinery.
Although the original mill was built in the 1790s most of what is left today dates to the second half of the 19th century. Torr Vale Mill closed in 2000 after more than 200 years of continued cotton weaving and spinning.
