Went up today for our yearly visit, all been sealed up now. Went down and had a coffee at the site office to speak with the duty miner (who gets called out when the camera gets triggered) and asked what the score was. They caught a group of 17-19 year olds in there smashing the place up 
everything has been welded shut, windows covered over, spiked fencing put around the shaft. Stairs to the shaft wheel have been removed and stairs to the wheelhouse removed. Really sad as they've always been great with us, spoken to many of the guys who used to work it.
