TRL was originally established in 1933 by the UK Government as the Road Research Laboratory (RRL) under the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, and later became the Transport and Road Research Laboratory (TRRL).
the new site is just behind this one, some parts dont seem to have been used in years, even the track is gone
visited with Goldie and the student on a damp misty day

The crash test dummies were stored in this room but they moved out too
