Went back home over Christmas (Stroud) and remembered this building lying unused for the last few years. Went and had a nose around inside late night and covered the first floor but heard movement when i went up on to the second floor and being by myself left it to be. Access is straightforward. Some of the insides are still intact and would have been a good explore in the day time but I was only back for 2 days.

There's posters up saying its due for some additional work in Summer 2011 so probably best to get in now.

If anyone does it properly let me know as i'd be keen to see the pics

I would love to see the pics too! Even though this building has been empty 14 years, the lift still worked until about 2 years ago as some kids got stuck.

Looking forward to a potential report.

...and that is why you never use a lift in a building on your own. I've seen what happens to a security guard who got in the a lift at the start of patrol on a friday night at 19.00.....the lift stopped within 10 secs of him leaving the ground floor. We got him out at 09.00 on the Monday morning. He was a gibbering, dehydrated, pale mess in the corner when i opened the doors. No one released he was missing till he didn't come home on the monday morning.

Have to admit to finding that story very slightly amusing..

Many lifts also have similar properties to a faraday cage, buried deep within a building. Very sketchy mobile phone signals.

Heya Jam406

Tri corn is that house that John was on about before we broke up. As you drive to sainsburys its almost on the first roundabout at the top of the duel carriage way.

UPDATE TO ALL:
It looks like they have started work on tri corn house as they have sealed of all the entrances and put fencing up. Furthermore there is a mobile house which has had lights on in the evening the past couple weeks, so im think security or builders :)

Still there, still dormant and still bloody difficult to get into without being seen. You can see from the outside though that it's been utterly trashed (and has been for a few years) and would be proper 'orrid inside now.
