I was told about this place by a friend at work in the week so thought i would take the opprtunity to take a look. Originally the culvert was built to redirect the brook under the railways tracks and was then later extended during the development of a nearby trading estate.
looking back towards entrance.
On moving down the original brick lined passage i could hear lots of water falling, as i moved further in it became obvious what the source was
After the waterfall the structure changed to a RCP which then became more winding.
Finally it came out at the back of the estate
