Post is open hatch has been completely ripped off round the concrete making it impossible to reseal and lock.
Closed in 1991, verified by the message left on the wall by one Tony Hall.
Floor had some form of brown carpet and some parts of the wall were crumbly, but aside from that the post is in fairly good condition.
