I used one of these for years, it's very adaptable. Best worn over the shoulder, with belt of loosely. Can be spun around and camera loaded and unloaded with one hand. Never had any issues, in fact I've still got two of them.

It can also carry a tripod (if you use the correct type) by removing one of the removable pouches.

Slight downside with this supplier - the carbide comes in huge rocks, which are incredibly tough to break up. Needs a chisel and large lump hammer. And then it is hard work.
