A couple of sites visited recently in Inverness, neither of them stunningly high, but about as high as you can get in my neck of the woods
First was this place :
Someone had very kindly scaffolded the rear towers :) So a little dodging (this being the Courthouse
) and up we went, some cracking views of the town to be had :)
Looking down :
The route was a little exposed
Then tonight, onto Viewhill House, another one of Inverness's listed buildings that got torched 'mysteriously' when planning became an issue
Elderly scaffold :)
Looking over to the Castle :
Eden Court :
Looking over the river to the Cathedral :
Up-river (with a cracking house :) ) :
And a wee zoomed-in shot of the Castle :
There you have it, nothing epic, but good fun :)
