Hi All.

Been meaning to revisit this one after the local school is trying to move onto the site, along with Oldham Council trying to push the move throu :wanker

As most of us from the Oldham area, Oldham council are notorious at leaving good buildings to fall down, or just shut them because they want to - I'm just worried the clock tower part of this will face the same fate as | Hartford Mill| Chadderton Baths | Rugby Mill and the rest

WH Shaw Dobcross works, for 37 years until 2006 it had been the home of Shaw’s Pallet Works, reputedly one of the largest pallet works in Europe. Known locally as ‘The Cathedral’ the main building housing the clock tower, is a Grade 2 listed building.
Not much has changed, a few things moved around, admin section still shut for business, and more dead pigeons.
