Report - Wade ceramics, burslem

Famous for making small animal figurines they then moved onto whisky flasks and ashtrays with the odd vase and bottle here and there.

Visited at night so pretty much pitch black, didn't have all my equip with me so apologies for the pictures, i also ran out of phone memory just before I got to the areas full of the pottery and moulds so a revisit might be in order at some point.
After hurting myself trying my way I found the easy entrance everyone else must use.
Relaxed mooch, eventually found the secret to exploring the rest of the site. It's a massive rabbit Warren with doors going here and there it's easy to miss somthing but I'm pretty sure I did it all. There's been a fire a while ago and it looks like there was a lot of water pumped in there.
Be careful on the upper floors, i went to through one floor as it was carpet on top of holes so be careful.

I'm going to just put this here, seen some mad mould in my time but this was one of the best, about 2 foot wide.

I didn’t get in any of them but I kept the addresses on my phone and when u go to burslem I’ll be exploring most of them and then putting up reports

It’s only half hour on train to stoke from Wolverhampton but ye I would like to actually try get in some places in burslem especially the old social services centre or something and I did get in the 3 massive lime kilns in burslem too
