Report - Warriss Fine Cutlers Of Sheffield (JUNE 2014)

Here go guys my first report

I can see this place has been done a few times but id still like to share my photos

Warriss is a former Master Cutlers and Silversmiths of Sheffield and now lies abandoned. Thomas Warriss first registered as a silversmith in 1855, however, this site wasn't opened until 1994 – although it is likely that the site was used as a cutlers and silversmiths previous to the arrival of Warriss. It seems that the Warriss company name continued to exist up until around 2008

After looking around over a few days on my ways i spotted the opportunity to a great explore. and couldn't resist after seeing such great posts on here

That's if it's still there fella
Been 2 years since I went in
And it's always boarded up. May even be student accommodation as it was up for sale
Still plenty in SHEFF tho

Nice one fut heads up fella. Yes I got turfed out of the Canon Brewery on my last visit, ha! Ive done the courts, GB & Sons, Dyson, and other various bits n pieces. Any recommendations? I was thinking Grovsner Hotel as someone I was chatting with was on the roof the other night.

There's a few churches around that area that are still ok

As for grovsner. It's being torn down as we speak so. I'd stay clear or that one
Can't believe you've been shoved out of cannon brew. lol
Been soo many times and never had that
Dunno if police have stepped up tho because of the homeless and drug users intheee

Ha, I was bobbing about infront of a small camera on a wall that I was about to climb up to get into the main building. I didn't see it. Next thing, security. They were ok about it though, they were even advising when to come back, preferably not on their shift. Have you been in recently? I'm from Sheffield, but have lived here in London for the past 16 years. Exploring is all I do when I come up, that's why I come. Any deets on the Churches?
