Wandering around Bristol for the first time with a head full of hangover and a belly full of full english I spotted this place.
From what I can glean it was a office complex built in the 1960's. Its stood empty for the last 20 years as there is apparently a grade two listed building on the site though I saw nothing of the sort.
Its in a pretty bad way externally as well as internally. Every inch of wall space is covered in graf but some of it is pretty good. Someone has even built a small skate park in there complete with 1/4 pipe :crazy
There's some interesting stuff and rooms on the top couple of floors and the roof offers some nice views.
Oh, and it has the most frightening staircase I've ever climbed. Eight storeys of shiny dusty stone with not walls or railings
Here's a few shots:
In hindsght, this may be the listed building but its in a bit of a state...
...back into the modern building...
It makes me shudder just thinking about this...
Looking out at the west country...
A sketchy clamber across a section of collapsed roof but it was worth it to find a hand rail and some walls...
