Borrowing the history from The Wombat's post

The coal fired power station was built in the 1950s in two phases. The first 2 towers closed in 1995, and the last 3 closing in 1999. The buildings have been demolished, and only the cooling towers still stand. The site is earmarked for a residential development, or a new gas power station, depending on where you read.

First stop of three sadly the other two were failures :( Personally I don't feel there is a lot to see here. They are gigantic and would be amazing to photograph at sun rise/set.

Enjoy!
