This had been on my list for ages and I had noticed workers back in about a month ago, lousy economic recovery (mumble mumble). But I've only been urban exploring my new kitchen installation recently so couldn't get out until now.

It's pretty much a shell with some deadly asbestos in, the site is huge and it's crushing to think how nice it would have been if it was mint. :banghead

Anway, can't find any history on the place lurking around the internet. I'm assuming it was built in the 70's by the style and current plans are to turn it into 100 flats.
