1. The History
Can find absolutely no history about this old workshop whatsoever. Perhaps not surprising, given it is fairly unmemorable and has been abandoned for some considerable time.

2. The Explore
A chance find. Had explored a place nearby and when I was returning home, caught sight of this place so decided to park up and have a look. There’s quite a lot of stuff here but it is very, very derped. If it wasn’t for the very large number of moderately photogenic and heavily rusted vehicles and tractors. I probably would have bothered doing a report on it.

3. The Pictures

Wonder if the “Lister” here is referring to the British sports car manufacturer founded by Brian Lister in 1954 in Cambridge:

No, it's referring to R.A. Lister. (Robert Ashton Lister died in the 1920s but his name lives on around the world on petrol and cold start diesel engines. 100's of them remain burried in the undergrowth at farms and mines waiting for some TLC, a new coat of Brunswick Green paint and a new lease of life being exhibited at village fetes!
Many thousands around the world ae still in daily use.

OK - got you now. Building posted on that insta account is part of the former Harry Crofts quarry.

It's still very much there but now used by a 'live' quarry...

There's another tractor round the back in a barn what's roof has fell in on its protected it quite well from the elements. I enjoy having a look round whenever I'm passing as there's that much stuff hidden you always find something else
