Corstorphine hill WW2 bunker.
Visited on holiday with the better half new years day!
Very unprepared and alone with no mask so i didnt really explore the lower levels but got a few pics of the top level and outside buildings enjoyed myself and scared myself at the same time!!
The surface buildings were built during WW2 as a command centre for RAF Turnhouse.
The site was extended in 1952 with the addition of a three level underground bunker as part of the goverment rotor project.
The bunker itself is not visible from the air, but it is located to the north of the surface buildings.
Between the visible buildings and the Edinburgh council quarry to the north.
