This is my second explore. I went with Fire-Fly, UrbanCreed, lil' pezza and some other guy who's name I can't remember.

Zurich house in Portsmouth, one of the tallest office buildings on the south coast of England has been earmarked for redevelopment.

The centrally located offices were formerly occupied by the Zurich insurance group but have recently been sold off to developer McAleer and Rushe Group. As part of the deal it also has an additional 0.42 hectares of development land tagged onto it that could see the development of a building up to 100 metres tall with an additional hotel.
After getting access, we went to the roof to take some photos and just hang out for a hour or so before stopping on the 1st floor to take some shoots on our way out.

I only have a point and shoot camera, so had a play around with some of the modes to see what I could get.

I was happy over all with what I got. But really wish I had a proper camera.
