    History ( Stolen )

The Wern Works, (Steel works), Briton Ferry, Neath.

The accommodation comprises of two buildings. The first being a
detached office block located to the riverside elevation of the
    development.
The main part of the development comprises of a 4 bay industrial
building with further additional anciliary bay accommodation. The
buildings are of steel frame construction, lattice frame roof
configurations, underneath corrugated sheeting. The walls are a
mixture of engineering brick, georgian wire glass and corrugated
sheeting. Externally, yard areas exist to the upper and lower part
    of the development.
The property is located close to the residential suburb of Briton
Ferry, alongside the River Neath, within a heavy duty industrial
area, which is highly visible from the Briton Ferry by-pass. Access
to the property is provided via the upper entrance to Baglan
Energy Park which is positioned via the roundabout close to
McDonalds and Swansea Car Auctions. Prominent occupiers
    within the immediate vacinity include Giants Wharf Port Facility;
Briton Ferry Shipping and Speedy Hire.

I will be heading back here as the light was fading, this place is huge.
