Evenin all. on the building site behind where i work , they have recently dug a massive shaft. nothing wierd about that on a building site really, only this thing has gone quite deep, much deeper than the sewers that were laid before the building began. I dont know if this will interest any local drainers but i thought id put it out there anyway. At the moment there is concrete tube sticking out of the ground, capped but there is no lid attached as yet so its totally acessable to someone who knows what their doing . There is secca on the site but the offending item is right in the corner hidden by new build. I couldnt tell you the exact depth or what it is as i can only see the pit from where i have a fag break. There is now a kind of deep trench surrounding the pipe so watch your step if you decide to take a look. If anyone thinks this is worth a mooch, pm me and ill tell you where it is and how to get on the site etc. Hope someone finds this helpful :-)
