    Managed to squeeze this gem of a site in to my weekend. And glad I did. Its very trashed, a LOT of water ingress (half the roof is missing), a lot of chav damage and signs of fire damage :mad:
    Either I'm getting paranoid or there WAS someone else in there at the time, think they were lurking at the bottom of the public bath stairs :crazy so left em to it (with the 18" deep pile of pigeon goo).
